Acknowledgements / Proofs:
All orders are acknowledged within 1 business day of receipt of order. Please review the acknowledgement for any discrepancies from your original order. Upon requests, we will send a paper proof at no charge. You must request a proof at the time the order is placed. TOP
Artwork Instructions:
We can accept the following formats via e-mail, floppy disk and CD-Rom; AI and EPS. You can mail us a laser black and white copy. Please remember to include your PO# and Company name or account number. We also accept Augustine Logo’s by # at no Charge. TOP
Cancellations:
All cancellations MUST be in writing and acknowledged. A cancellation fee will be applied only in the event work has been performed prior to the cancellation. TOP
Combination Orders:
When you select 2 or more different items for the same ad copy, the minimum quantity for each style must be the catalog-listed minimum. If the quantity is below the minimum listed in the catalog, there will be a $25.00 (r) Less Than Minimum (LTM) Charge. TOP

Pantone Color Matching:
Pantone color matching is available to be imprinted on most items. Please provide PMS # on purchase order.
There is a $12.00 (g) ink charge. We cannot guarantee a 100% match. PMS Color matches may fluctuate from order to order on repeat orders. You can request a pre-production proof. The charge for a pre-production sample is $25.00 (c). TOP
Production Time:
Orders ship within 5 business days from art approval. If you need your order to ship sooner, please call and we will accommodate your RUSH requests when possible. TOP
Samples and Catalogs:
There is no charge for samples or catalogs. Please e-mail or fax your requests with the item(s) & color(s) selected and shipping information. Samples usually ship by 3:30 PM Eastern time. Speculative sample / pre-production sample is subject to a $25 (C) charge. TOP
Setup Charges:
Setup charge is $20.00 (C). For Less Than Minimum (LTM) the catalog quantity, there will be a $25.00 (C) LTM fee. For orders above the catalog quantity, the setup fee will be waived. TOP
Repeat Orders:
Exact repeat orders are subject to a $10.00 (C) setup fee. Please provide us with your previous PO# and our invoice #. TOP
Shipping:
Our primary shipper is UPS. However, if a different method of shipping is requested, please indicate your request on the PO. Whenever possible, we will comply with your requests. TOP
Over / Under runs:
We ship exact quantities listed on purchase order. For custom item colors and oversees production, please allow for a 5% over / under run. TOP
